TC Electronic Ditto+ Looper Mini Pedal:
What does TC Electronics say. You never know when inspiration might strike, you just have to be prepared for when it does. When that divine hammer stroke of genius hits you square in the ear and the next epic riff rears its beautiful face you simply have to be ready to catch it lest you forget. The DITTO+’s extensive memory bank with 99 memory slots is like a library of loop sessions at your disposal, making the entire song-writing process much more intuitive. Just record your new song idea, store it and move on to the next jam. The new ground-breaking Extended Loop Mode lets you put longer overdubs on top of shorter loops by stacking the short ones together side by side.
Personal Comment:
Before I make my own personal comment I will preface this with a general statement so the reader understands what I'm seeking to convey. EFX pedals are very much a personal choice although clearly, some pedals have more features than others and build cost will have a bearing on what you are getting for your money. Another point to raise is that, pedals may react differently depending on the amplifier in use or whether the pedals are going straight into the front of an amp or are routed via an amplifiers effects loop.
In my old recording days, I have always appreciated the ability to record ideas and then work-out other parts to a composition, but for that it meant using a number of multi-track machines. Today, looper pedals make that task so much easier and the Ditto+ is such a nice little pedal to use and so convenient. A nice touch is the ability to load up mp3 backing tracks in its memory banks. Of course, for those that use loopers in a live performance setting you may need to look for a larger unit that offers more features.
Talking about pedals is a limited conversation and so click on the link above to view and hear the pedals general tones and specifications. If you want to know more about this pedal drop me an email.
